Continue to the Golan Heights to witness the former Syrian bunkers, Quneitra, and Katzrin, a new Israeli village. Visit the Golan Winery for a tour and wine tasting before continuing on to "Golan Magic," a multimedia display of the land and its history.
Spend the night at a Kibbutz guesthouse.
Begin the day with a visit to Nazareth; view the Church of the Annunciation; continue to Tiberias; see the remnants of the synagogue and the octagonal Church of St. Peter in Capernaum; and see the Mount of Beatitudes, where Jesus delivered the Sermon on the Mount. Drive from Beit Shean to Beit Alpha to observe the ruins of an old synagogue's mosaic floor portraying the zodiac.
In Jerusalem, spend the night.
Begin your day with a breathtaking panoramic view from Mount of Olives. Drive to the Old City; see King David's Tomb and the Room of the Last Supper on Mt. Zion. Enter the fortified city and stroll around the recently rebuilt Jewish quarter. Continue to the Western Wall after visiting the Roman Cardo and the Herodian district.
The Via Dolorosa leads to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. Continue to Bethlehem*, where you will see Rachel's Tomb as well as the Church of the Nativity and Manger's Square.
In Jerusalem, spend the night.
Drive to the Israel Museum; Knesset; Mount Herzl; and Yad Vashem. Visit the Shrine of the Book, which houses the Dead Sea scrolls, as well as the miniature model of Jerusalem from the Second Temple era. Proceed to the Knesset, Israel's parliament, for a tour. Continue to visit Mount Herzl cemetery and Yad Vashem, Israel’s official memorial to the Holocaust.
Drive through Mea Shearim, the ultra orthodox neighborhood in Jerusalem and learn about their unique lifestyle.
In the evening enjoy a middle eastern dinner followed by the spectacular "Sound & Light" show* at the Tower of David Museum.

Drive through the Judaean Desert to the Dead Sea, which is over 1300 feet (400 metres) below sea level. Visit the place where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered in Qumran. Masada may be reached by driving along the Dead Sea's coastline. Ascend via cable car to the old bastion where the Zealots made their last stand against the Romans before committing mass suicide in 73 AD. Descend with the cable car. Continue to the Dead Sea, where you may cover yourself in mineral-rich mud and swim in the Dead Sea**, which many think has healing properties.
