The Schengen visa is the single most-applied visa in our office and our most successful one. Our in-house Schengen team knows the small things consulates look for — the difference between a “guide” and a “registered tour operator” cover letter, why your bank statement should be 6 months and not 3, why you need fully paid (not “tentative”) flights for France but unpaid bookings for Germany, and exactly which itinerary length a Spain consulate is comfortable approving. The US tourist visa (B1/B2) is the trickiest visa we work on. There’s no VFS-style submission — every applicant attends an in-person interview at the US Consulate (Hyderabad has one of India’s busiest, on Hitec City Road). Slots are gold. What’s included in our Visa service fee:
1. We’re a travel agency, not just a visa office. Most “visa consultants” file your application and disappear. We file the visa AND book the trip — flights, hotels, insurance, transfers, sightseeing. One coordinator from inquiry to homecoming.
2. IATA-accredited, with consequences. IATA accreditation isn’t a logo — it’s an annual audit, a financial bond, and an accountability mechanism. If something goes wrong with a flight or hotel booked through us, you have legal recourse. With Justdial-listed agents, you have a phone number that may or may not pick up.
3. We pre-screen visa cases. A weak case is a wasted application fee and a black mark on your passport for the next attempt. Before you pay our service fee, we tell you whether your case is strong, borderline, or rejection-likely. Borderline cases get a strategy. Rejection-likely cases get either a fix-this-first plan or a recommendation to wait.

Yes. VFS Global Hyderabad processes Schengen visas for several countries directly. For some countries (Italy, Greece, Czech Republic), documents are couriered to the Mumbai or Delhi consulate after Hyderabad biometrics. We handle all of this.

Yes. Re-applications are 30% of our Schengen workload. We review your refusal letter (Article 32 / 214(b) reasons), identify what to fix, and re-submit with stronger documentation. Wait 2–4 weeks before re-applying to avoid a “duplicate application” flag.
