Whether it is your first flight abroad, a solo domestic trip, a family group ticket for six, or a four-city itinerary no website will price properly, our flight booking agents handle it the same way — by talking to you first.
Before you pay anything, you know exactly what you are paying for. The fare and our service fee, shown separately. The checked baggage weight allowed on that specific fare, confirmed in writing. Whether the ticket can be changed or cancelled, and what that costs if you need to. No convenience fee appearing at the payment step, and no charge you did not agree to.

| Where we are | Banjara Hills, Hyderabad — booking flights for travellers across India |
Our ticketing desk sits in Banjara Hills, and you are welcome to walk in during office hours. Hyderabad is home, so if you would rather hand over passports in person, sit down across a table over a complicated itinerary, or collect documents before a visa appointment, that option genuinely exists here in a way it does not with a booking website.
Most of our bookings are not done that way, though. The same air ticketing agents in Hyderabad handle domestic and international flight ticket booking over WhatsApp for customers who never come to the office — in Hyderabad, in other Indian cities, and abroad. If you searched for flight ticket booking agents in Hyderabad or international flight ticket booking agents in Hyderabad and landed here, this is that desk.
Nothing about that requires you to be nearby. You send your requirement on WhatsApp chat or ask for a WhatsApp call, you pay online, and the e-ticket reaches your inbox straight away. At the airport you go directly to the airline counter — there is nothing to collect from our office, and no reason to visit one unless you want to.
Yes — and most of what our flight booking agents do every day is exactly that. A solo domestic return. A first trip abroad. A family of four flying home for a wedding. There is no minimum booking size here, and no rule that an agent is only worth using when the trip is complicated.
What changes is not the ticket. It is what you know before you pay for it.
On a booking website you find out the baggage allowance after you have paid, the cancellation rule when you try to cancel, and the convenience fee at the payment screen. Booking through an agent reverses that order. You get the fare, the service fee, the checked baggage weight, and the change and cancellation rules — all of it in writing on WhatsApp — and then you decide.
If you have not flown abroad before, the ticket is the easy part and nobody tells you the rest. How early to reach the airport. Which documents the airline checks at the counter and which immigration checks. What you can carry in cabin baggage and what you cannot. Whether your passport has enough validity left for the country you are flying to.
Ask your flight booking agent any of it. First-time travellers are not a nuisance to us, they are a large part of the desk’s daily work, and no question is one you should have to look up yourself.
A single ticket gets the same named agent as a group of fifty. Solo travellers most often come to us for the things a website will not flag — a connection that is too tight to be safe, a fare that looks cheap until the baggage is added, or a self-transfer that means collecting your bags and checking in again at a foreign airport.
For a family flight ticket, seats together are the thing that goes wrong most often. Booking sites allocate seats at check-in unless you pay to choose them, which is how parents end up separated from children on a night flight. We request seating together at the time of booking, and tell you honestly when an airline cannot guarantee it.
Family group tickets also open up options a website will not show you: infant fares, child fares, and — from ten passengers — a group booking desk with better terms than ten individual tickets.
Look for three things: IATA accreditation, a named person who owns your booking, and a direct line to that person afterwards. Most searches for a flight booking agent near me return directory listings — Sulekha, JustDial, IndiaMART — rather than an actual agency you can talk to.
Distance stopped mattering some years ago. A flight ticket agent near you and a flight ticket agent five hundred kilometres away do the same job on the same global distribution system. What changes the outcome is whether a real person is accountable for your booking, and whether you can reach them again without repeating yourself.
That is how our air ticket booking agency works. Message the ticketing desk and one of our five flight booking agents takes it from there — reads your requirement, checks fares and rules across airlines, comes back with real options, and stays with the booking until you have flown. Ask for their direct WhatsApp number and you have it.
We are based in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, and we book for travellers in Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune and every other Indian city, as well as for NRIs booking from abroad.
Send us the cities in the order you want to fly them, your dates and your passenger count, and a flight booking agent builds the itinerary as a single ticket. Multi-city routing is the clearest case where a booking engine and an air ticket agent produce different answers.
A website prices a multi-city trip by stitching separate one-way fares together. An agent working in the global distribution system can construct the same journey as one fare, which frequently costs less and always behaves better if something changes. On a single ticket the airline owns the whole journey; on four separate tickets a delay on the first sector is your problem, not theirs.
An open-jaw ticket flies you into one city and home from another — into Rome, out of Paris, with the middle done by train. Booking engines rarely offer it as an option even though airlines price it routinely. It is one of the most useful and least known ticket types for anyone touring Europe.
Airline alliances sell round-the-world fares with a set number of sectors and a fixed direction of travel. They are governed by rules on mileage, stopovers and backtracking that no consumer website exposes. If you are planning a trip of that shape, an agent is not a convenience — it is the only practical way to buy it.
Send us the shape of the trip and we will tell you which of these gets you there for less.
Most airlines treat ten or more passengers travelling together as a group, which puts your booking on a different desk with different rules — and usually a better fare than ten individual tickets. Group flight booking is handled by airline group desks that consumer websites have no access to.
The practical differences matter more than the price. A group booking is normally held on a deposit rather than paid in full, names can be submitted later than the booking date, and the fare is protected while you collect passports and confirmations from everyone travelling. Anyone who has tried to assemble twenty passport numbers in one sitting understands why this exists.
Our flight booking agents handle group air ticket booking for:
| Group type | What we arrange |
|---|---|
| Weddings and family events | Blocked seats across multiple origin cities |
| Corporate and conference travel | Consolidated invoicing, name changes as delegates shift |
| Umrah and pilgrimage groups | Group fares coordinated with the Umrah package itinerary |
| Student batches and educational tours | Group fares with baggage requirements built in |
| Tour groups and societies | Deposit-held bookings with staged name submission |
Deposit amounts, name-submission deadlines and change rules vary by airline and by route. Tell us the route, the dates and roughly how many are travelling, and your agent will confirm the exact terms available for your group.
An infant is a child under two years old on the date of travel, and travels on an adult’s lap without a seat of their own. Booking an infant flight ticket is straightforward, but three details catch people out, and all three are easier to get right with an agent than a booking form.
The age is measured on the travel date, not the booking date. A child who turns two during the trip may need an infant fare outbound and a child fare on the return. Booking engines handle this badly; it is a common cause of problems at the airport.
Fares and allowances differ by airline and by sector. What an infant costs on a domestic hop and what the same infant costs on a long-haul international sector are not comparable, and the baggage allowance differs too. Your agent checks the specific airline’s current rule for your route before booking rather than after.
Bassinets are limited and request-only. On long-haul flights the bassinet positions are a small number of specific seats. They are requested at the time of booking and confirmed by the airline, never guaranteed by a website checkbox.
Newborn travel has its own minimum-age rules, which vary between airlines and sometimes require a doctor’s note. Message our ticketing desk with the infant’s age on the travel date and we will tell you exactly what your airline requires.
Some airlines offer a senior citizen concession on selected fares, usually on domestic sectors and subject to an age threshold and proof of age at check-in. Our flight booking agents check whether a concession applies on your route before booking, and if it does not, whether a lower ordinary fare beats it.
That second point is worth stating plainly, because it is where most senior citizen flight booking advice goes wrong. A concession is a discount off a particular fare class. A cheaper fare in a different class can easily come out lower than the discounted one. Comparing them is exactly the kind of check a person does and a website does not.
Beyond the fare, a senior citizen booking usually needs things arranged rather than clicked:
Concession rules, age thresholds and the proof required change from airline to airline and are revised periodically. Send us the route, the dates and your flight booking agent will confirm what is currently available.
A child travelling alone must be booked as an unaccompanied minor — a formal airline service with paperwork, a named adult handing over at departure, a named adult collecting at arrival, and a fee. It cannot be arranged by buying an ordinary ticket and hoping for the best.
Airlines differ on almost every detail: the age range at which the service is compulsory, the age at which it becomes optional, whether connecting flights are permitted at all, whether overnight and international sectors are allowed, and how much the service costs. Some airlines will not carry an unaccompanied minor on a connection under any circumstances — which quietly rules out most routes to smaller cities.
What our flight ticket booking agents do for an unaccompanied minor booking:
Tell us the route, the dates and the child’s age, and we will tell you which airlines will take the booking and what each one requires.
Wheelchair assistance is requested from the airline at the time of booking, recorded on the PNR, and provided free of charge at each airport on your route. The most common failure is not that it is refused — it is that it was never properly filed in the first place.
There is a real difference between ticking a box on a booking site and having the service confirmed on the reservation. Assistance requested late, or noted only in a comments field, does not reliably reach ground staff at a transit airport at four in the morning. Our flight booking agents file it as a formal service request and confirm it back to you.
Assistance is not one thing, and asking for the right category matters:
| You need | What to ask for |
|---|---|
| Help across long terminal distances, can manage steps and the aircraft aisle | Assistance to the aircraft door |
| Cannot manage stairs, can walk short distances inside the cabin | Assistance to the aircraft seat, with steps covered |
| Cannot walk any distance, requires an aisle chair to reach the seat | Full assistance including cabin transfer |
Also tell us if you are travelling with your own wheelchair, and whether it is manual or battery-powered — battery-powered mobility aids have their own carriage rules, and they need declaring in advance.
No. For a visa application, what a consulate is looking for is evidence of your intended travel — a confirmed flight reservation — not a purchased ticket. You do not need to spend on an expensive fare before you know whether your visa has been approved.
A dummy ticket is the name given online to a temporary flight booking bought purely to attach to a visa file. You will see the same thing sold as a dummy flight ticket, a dummy air ticket, a dummy airline ticket, a dummy flight booking, or a dummy ticket for visa — and for Schengen applicants, as a dummy ticket for Schengen visa.
IMAD Travel does not sell dummy tickets. We are telling you about them because you are probably searching the term, and because in most cases you do not need to buy one at all.
If IMAD Travel is handling your visa, the flight confirmation for your file is prepared as part of that visa service. You are under no obligation to travel on those dates, and you are not paying a separate company for a document.
That is the part the dummy ticket booking websites cannot offer, because none of them are handling your visa. They sell you a document and disappear. Your application still has to stand up on everything else in the file — and if a question comes back from the consulate, there is nobody to answer it.
Requirements vary by consulate, and some ask for more than others. We will not tell you that any document is universally accepted, because that is not true of any of them. Our visa team confirms exactly what the country you are applying to expects, before anything is submitted.

Yes. We book and ticket for NRIs paying from outside India every week — most often adult children arranging travel for parents who would rather not deal with a booking website. You send the details, we handle the booking here, and your family only has to reach the airport.
The practical problems are the ones we take off your hands. Indian debit and credit cards are often required by domestic booking sites and are not always available to you. International cards get declined by Indian payment gateways more often than they should. And a parent who does not want to manage a web check-in on a phone still needs someone to do it.
The time difference works in your favour here rather than against it. Send the details before you sleep and your flight booking agent works the Indian business day on it — calling the airline, holding the seats, arranging assistance — so the answer is waiting when you wake up.
What our flight booking agents handle for NRI bookings:
If a visa or an onward international sector is involved, the same agent coordinates that too.
You pay the airline fare plus a stated service fee, and you see both figures before anything is booked. Our flight booking agents quote the fare and the fee together, in writing on WhatsApp, and the number you approve is the number you pay.
The reason people ask this question is that online booking has trained them to expect the price to move. A fare shown on a search page becomes a different fare at the payment step once convenience fees, seat charges, baggage add-ons and payment-gateway surcharges are applied. None of that is hidden, exactly — it is disclosed somewhere. It is simply not disclosed at the moment you formed your expectation.
We do it the other way round. Before you spend anything:
That last point is the actual difference. Every question you would have to guess at on a booking site — is this the fare that allows a date change, does this include checked baggage, will this connection be long enough — you can simply ask, and get an answer from someone who books these routes daily.
Payment is taken on a secure platform through a link your agent sends. We do not take card details over WhatsApp or on a phone call.
Book earlier than feels necessary, stay flexible by a day or two either side, and check the fare rules before the price. Those three do more than any trick, and the last one is where most people lose money — a cheap fare with no checked bag and no changes often costs more than the fare above it once you add what you actually need.
The advice you will read elsewhere about incognito mode, clearing cookies and booking on a Tuesday is largely folklore. Airline pricing responds to how full a flight is and how close the departure date is, not to your browser history.
What genuinely moves the number: how far ahead you book, how flexible your dates are, whether you can fly midweek or at an unpopular hour, and whether a nearby airport works. On international routes, the routing matters as much as the date — a connection through a different hub can change the fare substantially for the same journey.
Where our flight booking agents help is the comparison you cannot easily run yourself: the same route across several airlines, with the baggage, the change rules and the connection times all priced in, so you are comparing what you will actually pay rather than the headline number.

For domestic flights, roughly one to three months ahead. For international flights, roughly two to six months ahead. Those are averages rather than rules, and the exceptions are worth knowing.
Booking very early is not automatically cheaper. Airlines release seats in fare buckets, and the cheapest buckets are not always loaded first. Booking very late is reliably expensive, because the remaining seats are the ones held back for business travellers who have no choice.
Peak periods break the pattern completely. Diwali, the Christmas and New Year window, the summer school holidays, Eid, and the Hajj and Umrah season all price differently, and on those dates the advice reverses — book as early as you can, because the fare will not come down.
Tell your flight booking agent your dates and we will tell you where you sit in that cycle, and whether waiting is likely to help or hurt.
Because airlines price each seat according to how many are left and how soon the flight leaves, and both change constantly. The same seat genuinely does cost a different amount at breakfast and at dinner.
Every flight is divided into fare buckets, each with a set number of seats. When the cheapest bucket sells out the price steps up to the next one. That is why a fare can jump by a large amount overnight and then sit still for a fortnight — you are not watching a smooth curve, you are watching a staircase.
Demand, competition on the route, the day of the week, fuel costs and seasonality all feed into where those buckets sit. A route with three airlines competing behaves very differently from one with a single operator.
What this means practically: a fare you are happy with is worth taking. Waiting for it to fall is a bet with poor odds, and the fare you are chasing may not exist by the evening.
Two to six months ahead for most international routes, and longer if you are travelling in a peak season or need a visa first.
The visa point catches people out. If your destination needs a visa, you do not want to buy a non-refundable ticket before approval — and you do not need to. A confirmed reservation is what a visa application requires, and we prepare that as part of your visa service. Buy the ticket once the visa is in hand.
Long-haul routes with limited capacity — smaller destinations, seasonal routes, popular island destinations in high season — sell out rather than simply getting expensive. For those, six months is not too early.
On international routes a return ticket is usually cheaper, sometimes substantially. On domestic routes within India the two are often close, and two one-ways can occasionally win.
The reason is that international return fares are constructed as a single journey with their own pricing rules, while two one-ways are simply two separate purchases. On low-cost domestic carriers there is no such construction, so there is little to gain either way.
There is a second consideration that matters more than the fare. On one ticket the airline is responsible for the whole journey — if the outbound is delayed and you miss something, that is theirs to fix. On two separate tickets, it is yours.
Ask us to price it both ways. It takes a few minutes and on a long-haul route the difference is frequently worth having.
IATA accreditation means an agency has been approved by the International Air Transport Association to issue airline tickets directly, and is held to financial and operational standards to keep that approval. IMAD Travel is an IATA-accredited air ticket booking agency.
For you, three things follow from it:
Tickets are issued directly. An accredited agent creates the booking in the airline’s own system and issues the ticket against it. There is no intermediary holding your money or your reservation, and the airline recognises the booking as its own from the moment it is made.
Fares that are not published online are reachable. Group desks, consolidator fares and negotiated contracts sit outside consumer booking sites. Whether one applies to your route is a question worth asking on a long-haul or a large group booking.
Someone is accountable if it goes wrong. Accreditation carries obligations. An agency that holds it has something at stake in resolving your problem, which is not true of every website selling flights.
Accreditation is not the same as being large. It is the reason a small ticketing desk can issue exactly the same ticket as a company with a television budget — and still answer the phone afterwards.
You message your agent directly and a person who already knows your booking picks it up. That is the whole answer, and it is the reason most of our flight booking clients came to us from a booking website in the first place.
Things that go wrong with flights are rarely complicated. They are urgent. A name spelled as it appears on a passport in one place and shortened in another. A connection that has become too tight because the first flight moved. A date that has to change because a visa was delayed. A cancelled sector discovered the night before you fly. None of these is hard to fix. All of them are close to impossible to fix through a chat window that resets each time you open it, or a queue that puts you back to the start.
When you book through our ticketing desk you have the direct WhatsApp number of the agent who made the booking. They have the PNR, the fare rules and the history. There is nothing to re-explain.
We will not promise that an airline’s rules bend for us, because they do not. Change fees are the airline’s, fare differences are the airline’s, and some tickets genuinely cannot be changed. What we will promise is that you hear it straight from someone who already has your booking in front of them — and that if there is a way through, we know where to look.
Student fares are a separate thing with their own rules — extra baggage allowance, more flexible date changes, and airline-specific eligibility that changes term to term. We have a dedicated page for it.
→ Student flight tickets — student fares, baggage allowance and what airlines require
Our flight booking agents also work alongside these teams:
Message the ticketing desk on WhatsApp at +91 99597 77776, call +91-40-35416788, or use the enquiry form on this page. A flight booking agent reads it and replies — the first response comes from a person, not an automated quote.
Yes, once the first conversation is under way. Your enquiry reaches one of our flight booking agents, and from that point you can simply ask them for their direct WhatsApp number. Any change, question or problem with the ticket afterwards goes straight to that person — you do not start again from the beginning, and you do not explain your booking to somebody new.
No. Our office is in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, but our flight booking agents ticket departures from every Indian city, and we book for NRIs travelling from abroad.
Not automatically. You pay the fare plus a stated service fee, and against that an agent can reach group and consolidator fares consumer sites do not carry, and can build a multi-city itinerary as one fare instead of several. Even on a simple domestic return, what you are paying the fee for is knowing the baggage allowance, the cancellation rule and the total cost before you commit — and having someone reachable if the date has to change.
Yes. International flight ticket booking is most of what our ticketing desk does, including long-haul, multi-sector and open-jaw routings.
Send us the route, the dates and roughly how many are travelling. Airlines treat ten or more passengers as a group, which usually means a better fare, a deposit rather than full payment, and the ability to submit names later.
An open-jaw ticket flies you into one city and home from a different one — into Rome, out of Paris, for example. Airlines price it routinely; booking websites rarely offer it.
An infant under two on the travel date flies on an adult’s lap and is booked on the same ticket without a separate seat. The fare and the baggage allowance differ by airline and by sector, so your agent confirms the rule for your specific route.
It depends on the airline. Each carrier sets its own age range for its unaccompanied minor service, its own rules on whether connections are allowed, and its own fee. Tell us the route and your child’s age and we will tell you which airlines will accept the booking.
Yes, airlines provide it free of charge. It must be requested at the time of booking and confirmed on the reservation — the common problem is that it was never properly filed, not that it was refused.
Some airlines offer a concession on selected domestic fares, subject to an age threshold and proof of age. It is not always the cheapest option available, so our flight booking agents compare it against ordinary fares before booking.
No — a confirmed reservation is what a visa application calls for, not a purchased ticket. Requirements vary by consulate, and our visa services team confirms what your specific consulate asks for.
No. IMAD Travel does not sell dummy tickets. If we are handling your Schengen application, the flight confirmation for your file is prepared as part of that visa service — see Schengen visa flight reservation.
A dummy ticket is a document bought from a third-party website to attach to a visa file. A flight reservation is a booking made for your actual intended travel. We prepare the second as part of your visa service; we do not sell the first.
No document is universally accepted — requirements vary by consulate, and any website promising blanket acceptance is overstating it. Our visa team checks what your specific consulate asks for before anything is submitted.
Yes. We take payment from outside India, issue the tickets here, and arrange seats, meals and assistance for your parents. Web check-in can be done for them where the airline allows it.
Your agent sends a payment link and payment is taken on a secure platform. We never take card details over WhatsApp or over the phone.
Yes. Domestic booking is a large part of the desk’s daily work, and there is no minimum booking size. You get the same named agent, the same written confirmation of baggage and cancellation rules, and the same e-ticket by email.
Yes, and please ask. First-time travellers are a large part of what our flight booking agents do. Airport timings, documents checked at the counter, cabin baggage rules, passport validity and connection times are all things we would rather you asked us than guessed at.
We request seats together at the time of booking rather than leaving it to check-in, which is when families most often get separated. Some airlines will not guarantee it on every fare type, and we will tell you honestly when that is the case rather than promising it.
Yes. The checked baggage weight and cabin allowance for that specific fare are confirmed in writing before you pay anything, along with the change and cancellation rules. A cheaper fare with no checked bag is not cheaper for most travellers, and you should know that before you decide, not afterwards.
Send us a message and we’ll respond as soon as possible
