Apply for your Singapore e-Visa for Indians through IMAD Travel — a Banjara Hills travel agency with 15+ years of visa-processing experience. Serving applicants from Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, and across India. 3–5 working day processing. ₹5,000 all-in service fee.
Indian passport holders need a tourist visa to enter Singapore — there is no visa-on-arrival. The Singapore visa is an e-Visa, issued electronically by ICA Singapore through an authorized agent network. We’re an IATA-accredited travel agency, registered as a visa consultant under the Ministry of Tourism of India, and we file Singapore visa applications for individual travelers, families, honeymooners, and MICE groups year-round. We handle document review, form filling, photo specs, and submission. The visa lands in your inbox in 3–5 working days for most applicants.

Below is the complete document checklist for a Singapore tourist visa for Indian passport holders. We send a customised checklist via WhatsApp once you start an application — these are the standard requirements ICA Singapore expects from every Indian applicant. Most rejections happen because of incorrect photos or incomplete financial documents, so read the photo and bank-statement notes carefully.
Every applicant submits these, regardless of profession or travel purpose.
Photos – ICA Singapore is strict on photo specs. Studios that handle Schengen and US visa photos sometimes default to those countries’ specs (different face zoom, different finish). Tell the studio explicitly: 35×45 mm, 80% face zoom, white background, matte finish, for Singapore visa. If you’re unsure, we have two vetted photo studios in Banjara Hills that get this right.
Bank statements – ICA looks for steady balance over 3 months — not a one-time deposit just before applying. A ₹3,00,000 deposit two weeks before the application reads as fund-staging and can trigger a rejection. If your statement looks light, talk to us before submission — we’ll tell you whether to wait and re-apply with a stronger statement.
Singapore tourist visa processing typically takes 3 to 5 working days from the day we submit your application. ICA Singapore does not offer expedited or tatkal processing — the timeline is the same for everyone, so apply at least 2 weeks before your travel date for safety.
When to apply
We recommend applying 2 to 3 weeks before your travel date. This gives buffer for any document clarification ICA may request (rare but possible) and avoids weekend / public-holiday delays.
How we submit
We file applications Monday to Saturday during ICA’s working hours. Applications received after 5 PM IST go in the next working day’s batch. You’ll receive a confirmation from us within 2 hours of file pickup, and the approved e-Visa lands directly in your email — we also forward it to your WhatsApp for safekeeping.
Planning a multi-city Asia trip? The Singapore e-Visa is multiple-entry within its 3-month validity, with each stay capped at 30 days. Many of our clients use Singapore as a hub for Bali, Thailand, Vietnam, or Malaysia trips — re-entering Singapore between legs without applying for a second visa. We can plan the full multi-country itinerary alongside the visa.
We publish our fees because hidden pricing is the most common complaint we hear about other visa agents. Government and IMAD fees are listed separately below. We do not mark up the ICA visa fee — what ICA charges, we pass through.
| Component | Amount (INR) | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| ICA Singapore visa fee | ₹3,650 | Paid to ICA Singapore (we pass through, no markup) |
| IMAD Travel service charge | ₹1,350 | Document review, form filling, photo check, application submission, status tracking, post-submission support |
| Total per applicant | ₹5,000 | All inclusive |
What’s included in our service charge:
Our application process is fully online from anywhere in India. No office visit required (though our Banjara Hills office is open Mon–Sat for walk-ins if you prefer in-person).
WhatsApp Ms. Anusha at +91 99597 77776 with your name, passport scan, and travel dates. We’ll confirm eligibility and send your customised document checklist.
Scan and WhatsApp your documents, or courier originals to our Banjara Hills office. Out-of-Hyderabad clients (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune) typically courier originals; we return them with the visa.
We review every document against the ICA checklist and flag anything that looks risky. Once cleared, you pay ₹5,000 per applicant via Razorpay (UPI, card, netbanking) or bank transfer.
We file your application with ICA Singapore the same working day. You receive a confirmation reference number within 2 hours.
Approved e-Visa lands in your email. We forward a copy to your WhatsApp for safe storage. Print one copy for immigration at Changi — we’ll send a printable PDF.
Yes — Indian passport holders need a tourist visa to visit Singapore. There is no visa-on-arrival and no visa-free entry for Indian citizens. The only exception is the 96-hour Visa-Free Transit Facility (VFTF) — available if you are transiting through Singapore en route to a third country and meet ICA’s specific transit conditions (return ticket, onward visa where required, and arrival from / departure to certain approved countries).
96-hour VFTF — does it apply to you?
The VFTF is a transit benefit, not a tourist visa. You can use it only if:
If you’re flying Hyderabad → Singapore → Sydney with an Australian visa, VFTF applies. If you’re flying Hyderabad → Singapore for tourism with no onward third-country leg, you need a proper tourist visa — which is what we process.
The VFTF rules change occasionally. Before you rely on it for a trip, confirm with us or check ICA Singapore’s official page directly — this is the kind of policy detail where a 2-month-old internet article can already be out of date.
Specialists in Indian-passport visa work. We file Singapore visas weekly. We know which document combinations get processed quickly, which raise ICA flags, and which photo studios in Hyderabad get the spec right. That’s experience you can’t get from a one-off booking through a generic OTA.
IATA-accredited and accountable. Accreditation isn’t a logo — it’s an annual audit and financial bond. If something goes wrong with your visa, your flight, or your hotel, you have legal recourse. Justdial-listed agents and overseas-based online sellers don’t offer that.
Honest pre-screening. If we see a red flag in your documents — recent rejection, thin bank statement, weak ties to India — we’ll tell you before you pay. We won’t take a case we don’t believe will be approved. Our Singapore approval rate sits above 95% on cases we accept.
You get a named person, not a ticket number. Dedicated Visa agent handles every Singapore visa at IMAD Travel. From your first WhatsApp message to your e-Visa landing in your inbox, you’re talking to the same person.
Yes. Indian passport holders need a tourist visa to enter Singapore — there is no visa-on-arrival or visa-free entry. The only exception is the 96-hour Visa-Free Transit Facility, available for transit travellers holding a valid US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Switzerland, or Japan visa.
3 to 5 working days for most applicants. There is no expedited or tatkal option, so apply at least 2 to 3 weeks before your travel date.
₹5,000 per person, all-inclusive. That’s ₹3,650 ICA Singapore visa fee + ₹1,350 IMAD service charge. We don’t add hidden charges.
Up to 30 days per entry. The visa is typically issued as multiple-entry valid for 3 months from date of issue — you can enter Singapore multiple times within those 3 months, with each individual stay capped at 30 days.
The Singapore e-Visa is multiple-entry by default. You can enter Singapore as many times as you want within the 3-month validity period — useful if you’re combining Singapore with Bali, Thailand, Malaysia, or any other Asian destination.
No. Singapore visas for Indians are issued as e-Visas — fully online, no biometrics, no interview. Documents are submitted electronically through an authorised agent like IMAD Travel.
Core documents: passport (6+ months validity), 3 recent photos (35×45 mm, 80% face zoom, matte, white background), Form 14A, Additional Information Sheet, cover letter, last 3 months bank statement, last 3 years ITR, Aadhaar and PAN, flight and hotel bookings. Employees add NOC and salary slips; self-employed add GST and company documents. Full checklist in share it on page.
Indian passport holders cannot apply directly on the ICA Singapore website. Applications must go through an ICA-authorised agent. IMAD Travel is an authorised agent — we file your application through our ICA channel.
Rejections are rare on cases we accept (less than 5%). If yours is rejected, we review the refusal reason, identify what needs strengthening (usually financial documents), and help you re-apply. Re-application service charge is waived — you pay only the ICA fee again.
Yes. About 30% of our Singapore visa clients are based outside Hyderabad. We handle the full process remotely — WhatsApp consultation, courier of original documents to our Banjara Hills office, and we return your passport with the e-Visa via courier. The process is identical to walk-in clients.
