These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of IMAD Travel PVT LTD’s Website, located at https://imadtravel.com.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use IMAD Travel if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Unless otherwise stated, IMAD Travel PVT LTD and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on IMAD Travel. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from IMAD Travel for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

Parts of this website offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. IMAD Travel PVT LTD does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of IMAD Travel PVT LTD its agents and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who post their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, IMAD Travel PVT LTD shall not be liable for the Comments or for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.

The Booking:

Your contract is with IMAD Travel PVT. LTD. A contract exists between us when we have confirmed you on our tour of your choice, and we can only accept booking forms signed as this confirms that you and other people on the tour accept our booking terms and conditions and are entering into the Terms and Conditions page.

All rates are launch offer and the rates offered are promotional rates which can be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

IMAD TRAVEL reserves the right to change rates at time of the reconfirmation.
Rates are valid for minimum 02 adults traveling together at all times. Any change in the number of passengers would lead to a change in the cost.
For computation purpose the Rate of Exchange is as per the current prevailing rate and thus makes the prices dynamic. Rate of exchange will be applicable on the date of final payment only.
The rates are not valid on black-out dates.

Liability:

Any damages caused to the hotel rooms / coach during your stay shall be borne by the concerned passengers.
The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss of baggage, injury, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity, Loss of Belongings / Broken Baggage at Airport or anywhere else, which may occur in carrying out tour arrangements due to weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine or any other cause whatsoever and all such losses or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
Flight timings are to be kept into consideration while reaching to the airport. IMAD TRAVEL shall not be responsible for any incidence where client is not able to reach airport / Board the flight due to any reason of personal nature, Insufficient time duration in connecting flights or any other reason related with airline’s governance like – Delay in Flight, Change in timing / Overbooking by Airline or any other factor.
There are some monuments/areas, restricted for Vehicle entrance by the local authorities. In any such case, Vehicle will drop you till the nearest possible point and further arrangements will have to be managed by Client.

Surcharge

The above-mentioned package may not be available with displayed price during Long Week-ends, National Holidays and Regional festivals. There is a probability of difference in cost, which will be specified at the time of communication.
Surcharges wherever applicable would be advised at the time of booking.
The rates are subject to availability of hotel accommodation and sightseeing tours at the time of booking. We reserve the right to use an alternate hotel accommodation of an equal or higher standard. If we source a more expensive alternative, we reserve the right to re-quote based on the higher rates.
Prices are not valid during Trade Fair, festival and exhibition periods.
Rates are valid for Indian Passport holders only.
We are not holding any Hotel blocks/reservations for this package. Hotels would be subject to availability at the time of booking. Confirmation is subject to availability on clients preferred dates, supplement cost may be applicable as per travel dates.
Transfers wherever included are without night surcharges.
No refunds either in part or in full will be made for any unutilized service.
All the sightseeing tours and excursions are organized by local companies. The timings and days of operation are subject to alteration. Changes if any will be intimated at the time of booking.
Sightseeing tours are strictly based on weather conditions and local service providers have the right to cancel the sightseeing tours without prior notice.
Bookings once confirmed are subject to cancellation charges as per the cancellation policy. Below mentioned cancellation is general one. Actual cancellation policy shall be advised at that time of final reconfirmation and communication.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

If you or any member of your party wishes to cancel your holiday, you must notify us in writing, in any case the date of cancellation will be at the date on which notice is received by IMAD Travel PVT LTD on email-id [email protected] As this incurs administrative cost and retention charges by hotel, the cancellation charges will apply on the following scale:

Number of days before departure	Amount of Cancellation charges
Between 90 Days to 60 Days from the date of departure	25% of the Holiday cost
Between 59 Days to 45 Days from the date of departure	50% of the Holiday cost
Between 44 Days – 25 Days from the date of departure	75% of the Holiday cost
Below 24 Days from the date of departure	100% of the Holiday cost

All hotels take a security deposit at the time of check-in. The amount is generally blocked on the client’s credit card or they can pay cash to the hotel. The amount will vary according to the hotel and is refunded back to the clients upon check out. Debit cards should not be offered as it will be charged immediately and refunded only after 2-3 weeks.
IMAD TARVEL is not responsible for any change in the price due to factors not in the control of the organization.
For travel to international destination, travellers must have a passport valid for six months from the date of return and he/she must obtain a valid visa of the destination traveling prior to their date of departure or on arrival.
For all holiday bookings, it’s mandatory to share the copies of the Particulars page and Address page of the passport of all travellers & pan Cards
Itinerary is subject to change without any prior notice
Any charges related with on-ground modification/addition of service, which is opted by Client by his/her own choice and not affecting rest of the tour itinerary, will have to be paid directly to Driver/Supplier.
Any Natural calamity like flood, cyclone, earthquakes, Tsunami, Fire, Volcanic eruption or weather conditions like Avalanche, Landslide, / cancellation of Flight / Political Disturbances, Riots, Terrorism, Spread of Epic diseases etc. shall not be liability of IMAD TRAVEL. Proper Insurance, should be purchased by tourist for protection of any such situations, subject to T&C of policy issuing Company.
IMAD TRAVEL can apply for any country’s visa as a travel agent / Tour operator for every passenger & does not take any guarantee of issuance of visa of any particular country, non-issuance of visa / delay / refusal of any particular Country’s Visa. In case a passenger is unable to travel, then the TAC of cancellation of IMAD TRAVEL shall be applicable.
Name Change shall be treated as cancellation only.

Early Check-in / Late Check -out

International Check in time is 1400 hours / Check out time is 1100-1200 hours, early check in and check out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Passports & Visas

To travel to India from overseas countries except for the citizen of Nepal & Bhutan, one needs a 06 months valid passport and a valid Visa. And processing of Passport and Visa are not included in the tour cost.

Extra Uses of our Vehicle

Please note that cost of the vehicle (car / coaches with the driver) does not include extra usage of vehicle like after transfer or after sightseeing until or unless it is mentioned in the itinerary.

Rights to amend the itinerary if required

Tour once commenced will strictly go as per the itinerary finalized. In case of events and circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change all or parts of the contents of the itinerary for safety and well-being of our esteemed passengers.
