Fly91 flies from Navi Mumbai International Airport (NMI) to two destinations: Goa and Agatti, both starting 25 October 2026. Sindhudurg (Chipi) and Jalgaon were announced at the same time but are not on sale.
Below are the flight numbers and timings for every Navi Mumbai route, taken directly from Fly91’s own booking engine on 16 October 2026, not from news reports. We found two things the news coverage got wrong, and we have corrected them further down.

Source: Fly91’s own booking engine, checked 16 October 2026. With Navi Mumbai set as the origin, the destination list offers only Goa and Agatti. With Sindhudurg set as the origin, it offers only Pune, Hyderabad and Bengaluru. Fly91’s filed schedule (Document No. FLY91/SRM/FS/2026/32, effective 4 October 2026) contains no Navi Mumbai sector at all, so every flight number above comes from the booking engine rather than from the published timetable.
What Time Is the Fly91 Navi Mumbai to Goa Flight?
Fly91 flies Navi Mumbai to Goa twice a day, at 11:00 and 16:00, landing at Manohar International Airport at Mopa (GOX) in under an hour and a half. Coming back, IC 1701 leaves Goa at 09:05 and IC 1705 at 14:00, both taking 1 hour 25 minutes. The first bookable date is 25 October 2026; every October date before that is greyed out in the airline’s own calendar.
| Flight | Route | Departs | Arrives | Flight time |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| IC 1702 | Navi Mumbai → Goa (Mopa) | 11:00 | 12:20 | 1 h 20 m |
| IC 1704 | Navi Mumbai → Goa (Mopa) | 16:00 | 17:15 | 1 h 15 m |
| IC 1701 | Goa (Mopa) → Navi Mumbai | 09:05 | 10:30 | 1 h 25 m |
| IC 1705 | Goa (Mopa) → Navi Mumbai | 14:00 | 15:25 | 1 h 25 m |
Source: Fly91 booking engine, checked 16 October 2026 for travel on 31 October 2026. Fares started at Rs 2,885 one way on the Goa to Navi Mumbai leg. Fly91 has not yet published a filed schedule document covering Navi Mumbai, so days of operation are confirmed at booking.
Fares were starting around Rs 3,000 one way when we checked, but Fly91 prices move through the day and climb as the aircraft fills. The ATR 72 carries fewer than 80 seats, so a fare quoted in the morning is often gone by the evening. Rather than print a number that will be wrong by the time you read this, send us your dates and we will quote the live fare.
Our advice for weekend travellers: the 16:00 departure lands at Mopa at 17:15, which leaves enough daylight for the drive to North Goa. The 11:00 service suits anyone connecting onward to Agatti, because it is the same aircraft.
Is the Fly91 Navi Mumbai to Agatti Flight Non-Stop?
No. Navi Mumbai to Agatti is a one-stop service through Goa, not a non-stop flight. It carries a single flight number, IC 1702, which is why several news reports described it as direct. In airline language that is correct, because direct means one flight number rather than no stops. For a passenger it means a longer day than the word suggests: 3 hours 35 minutes gate to gate.
The stop itself is short. IC 1702 lands at Goa at 12:20 and leaves for Agatti at 12:50, so there are 30 minutes on the ground. You stay with the same flight number, but it is worth knowing before you plan a tight day.
| Flight | Route | Departs | Arrives | Flight time |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| IC 1702 | Navi Mumbai → Agatti, via Goa | 11:00 | 14:35 | 3 h 35 m |
| IC 1702 | — Navi Mumbai → Goa (Mopa) | 11:00 | 12:20 | 1 h 20 m |
| IC 1702 | — Goa (Mopa) → Agatti | 12:50 | 14:35 | 1 h 45 m |
| IC 1703 | Agatti → Navi Mumbai, via Goa (not Sat/Sun) | 14:55 | 19:00 | 4 h 05 m |
| IC 1703 | — Agatti → Goa (Mopa) | 14:55 | 17:05 | 2 h 10 m |
Source: Fly91 booking engine, checked 16 October 2026 for travel on 31 October 2026. Check-in baggage of 15 kg per passenger is included; a convenience fee of Rs 298 per passenger is added at payment. The Agatti to Navi Mumbai return is still being confirmed and will be added here.
Agatti is the tightest inventory on the whole Fly91 network. When we checked, several October dates were already sold out and November fares ranged from about Rs 7,000 to Rs 9,000. One small aircraft serves an island with no alternative carrier, so seats go earlier than they would on a mainland route.
The turnaround at Agatti is 20 minutes: IC 1702 lands at 14:35 and IC 1703 leaves at 14:55 for the return through Goa, reaching Navi Mumbai at 19:00. If you are going for a day, you are not going for a day.
There is no through flight home on Saturdays or Sundays. Agatti to Navi Mumbai disappears from the booking engine on both weekend days, while the outbound still runs. You can still fly Agatti to Goa at the weekend, either on IC 1703 at 14:55 or IC 5101 at 15:45, and book Goa to Navi Mumbai separately. But the two Goa to Navi Mumbai departures are 09:05 and 14:00, and the Agatti flight does not land until 17:05, so splitting the booking means a night in Goa rather than a same-day connection. Plan a Saturday or Sunday return as two days, or come back on a weekday.
Worth knowing: Goa to Agatti is not a new route. Fly91 already flies it as IC 5102, leaving Goa at 07:30 and reaching Agatti at 09:30, and it is bookable on dates before 25 October. What starts on 25 October is the Navi Mumbai leg that feeds into it.
Our advice for Lakshadweep travellers: fix your permit dates before you fix your flight dates. Changing a Lakshadweep permit is slower than changing a ticket, and the two have to match.
Do You Need a Permit to Fly to Lakshadweep?
Yes. Every visitor to Lakshadweep needs a valid Restricted Area Permit, and a flight ticket alone will not get you onto the island.
Fly91’s booking engine puts this on screen before it will even let you search the route: the permit is mandatory for every island you pass through or stay on, and foreign nationals may need additional clearances. The airline’s own notice states that permits can be arranged through authorised travel agents.
This is the step most people get wrong. They book the flight first, discover the permit second, and then find their dates no longer work. We handle the permit and the ticket together, in that order.
When Will Navi Mumbai to Sindhudurg (Chipi) Flights Start?
Fly91 has not opened Navi Mumbai to Sindhudurg for sale, and has not published a flight number, a day of the week, a timing or a start date for it.
Here is how we check, and you can repeat it in a minute. Open the Fly91 booking page, set the origin to Navi Mumbai (NMI), then open the destination list. It offers Goa and Agatti only. Do it in reverse, with Sindhudurg (SDW) as the origin, and the list offers Pune, Hyderabad and Bengaluru only. The pairing does not exist in the airline’s inventory.
The airline’s own filed schedule says nothing either way, and that is worth understanding. The current document, FLY91/SRM/FS/2026/32 effective 4 October 2026, contains no Navi Mumbai sector at all: not Goa, not Agatti, not Sindhudurg, and none of the IC 1701 to IC 1705 flight numbers. Fly91 is selling Navi Mumbai flights that have not yet been written into its published schedule. So the document’s silence on Chipi proves nothing on its own, and the booking engine is the only thing worth checking. That is why we check it daily.
Fly91 did name Sindhudurg when it announced Navi Mumbai, and a ceremonial Fly91 aircraft did land at the new airport in October. Neither of those is a flight you can board.
We think the route is likely to open, because Goa and Agatti loaded first and Fly91 already serves Sindhudurg from three other cities. We are not going to put a date on it, because the airline has not.
Get told the day it opens
We check this route and Fly91’s schedule filing every day. If you want to know the moment Navi Mumbai to Chipi goes on sale, message us with your travel month and we will tell you directly. There is no obligation to book anything.
The full background on this route, including every claim the airline has and has not made, is in our Navi Mumbai to Sindhudurg flight booking status tracker, and in Marathi here.
What Did the News Coverage Get Wrong?
Two things, both repeated widely in early October.
One: that Fly91 launched direct flights to four destinations from Navi Mumbai. The airline announced four. It has loaded two. Sindhudurg and Jalgaon cannot be booked, and the aircraft that reached Navi Mumbai in early October was a ceremonial flight from Hyderabad, not the start of commercial service on those sectors.
Two: that Navi Mumbai to Agatti is a direct flight. It is direct in the airline sense of carrying one flight number, but it stops at Goa. A reader planning a Lakshadweep trip around a 1 hour 20 minute hop would be out by more than two hours.
Neither correction is a criticism of the airline. Carriers announce a station and then load sectors in phases as aircraft and slots free up. It matters only because the gap was reported as though it did not exist, and if you are planning a Konkan trip around a route that has not been filed, that gap is your holiday.
Is Navi Mumbai Airport the Same as Mumbai Airport?
No. Navi Mumbai International Airport uses the code NMI and is a separate airport from Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (BOM).
A Fly91 booking from NMI will not depart from the old airport, and the two are a substantial drive apart in Mumbai traffic. Check which airport is printed on your ticket before you set out, especially if somebody else made the booking for you.
Navi Mumbai Flight Questions, Answered
Can I book a Navi Mumbai to Sindhudurg flight right now?
No. The sector is not available in Fly91’s booking engine. Navi Mumbai currently pairs only with Goa and Agatti.
Which airlines fly from Navi Mumbai to Sindhudurg?
None at present. Sindhudurg is served by Fly91 from Pune, Hyderabad and Bengaluru.
Is the Navi Mumbai to Agatti flight direct?
It carries one flight number, IC 1702, but it stops at Goa on the way. It is a direct flight in airline terms and a one-stop flight in practice.
When do Fly91's Navi Mumbai flights start?
25 October 2026. Every date before that is greyed out in the airline’s own booking calendar.
How much is a Navi Mumbai to Goa flight?
Fares start at around Rs 3,000 one way and move through the day. Send us your dates and we will quote the live fare.
Do I need a permit for Agatti?
Yes. A Restricted Area Permit is mandatory for Lakshadweep, and we arrange it alongside your ticket.
Will Fly91 add more Navi Mumbai routes?
The airline has named Sindhudurg and Jalgaon. Neither has a flight number or a start date yet.
Can I fly back from Agatti to Navi Mumbai on a Saturday or Sunday?
Not on one flight. The through service, IC 1703, does not appear on Saturdays or Sundays. You can fly Agatti to Goa and book Goa to Navi Mumbai separately, but the Goa departures are 09:05 and 14:00 and the Agatti flight lands at 17:05, so that means a night in Goa.
Last verified: 16 October 2026, directly in Fly91’s booking engine. Still unpublished by the airline: any flight number, day, timing, fare or start date for Navi Mumbai to Sindhudurg or Navi Mumbai to Jalgaon. The current filed schedule document, FLY91/SRM/FS/2026/32, expires on 24 October 2026, so the winter edition is the next thing we check. Timings can change; we confirm them at booking.
