•Please take special note of the opening and closing dates for each of the sightseeing stops listed in the itinerary.
•The majority of Darjeeling’s seven sightseeing points are closed on Thursdays. Forests are also closed on Thursdays. In Gangtok, the Institute of Tibetology and the Institute of Handicrafts and Handlooms are closed on Sundays. Nathula Pass is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays and is subject to army permit availability.
Guests must have a valid ID with them in order to obtain the special permits required for sightseeing.
Hotels have very strict child policies. Please bring your proof of age with you so that you can show it when asked.

On arrival at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station/Baddogra International Airport, meet and greet and transfer to Darjeeling (6,950 ft.). Check into the hotel upon arrival and spend the rest of the day at leisure. Stay in Darjeeling for the night.
Early in the morning (4:00 AM), visit Tiger Hill (subject to permit / token availability) and then return to hotel. After breakfast, beginning at 8.30 a.m., visit the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, the P.N. Zoological Park (closed Thursday), Tenzing Rock, the Ropeway, the Tibetan Refugee Self-help Centre (closed Sunday), the Tea Garden (outer view), and the Japanese Temple. The evening is free for shopping or leisure activities. Stay in Darjeeling for the night.
After breakfast, drive to Kalimpong (4,091 feet/55 kilometres/212 hours). Check into your hotel upon arrival. After lunch, take a half-day tour of Kalimpong, stopping at Mangal Dham, Deolo Hill, the Golf Course, the Durpin Dara Hills, and Pine View Nursery (Sunday closed). Stay in Kalimpong for the night.
Transfer to Gangtok after breakfast (5,500 ft.). Check into the hotel upon arrival and spend the rest of the day at leisure. Stay in Gangtok for the night.
After breakfast, depart for Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft./37 kms./02 hrs. from Gangtok) and continue to Baba Mandir (13,200 ft./16 kms./01 hrs. from Tsomgo Lake). returning to Gangtok in the evening. Stay in Gangtok for the night. (If Tsomgo Lake is closed due to a land slide or for any other reason, we will provide alternate sightseeing.) Note: • Tsomgo Lake and New Baba Mandir Documents – 02 Passport-Size Photos with Photo Copy of Photo ID Proof (Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) (Pan Card and Adhaar Card are not accepted)School or college identification is required for children under the age of 18. The original must be carried with you while travelling. •If Tsomgo Lake is closed due to a land slide or for any other reason, we will provide alternate sightseeing. • Due to the winter season's heavy snow, vehicles will be able to travel to Snow Point on their way to Tsomgo Lake.
Begin your day with a full-day city tour that includes Tashi viewpoint, Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tok, a flower show, the Cottage Industry and Handicraft Centre (closed on Sunday and the first and third Saturdays of the month), the Institute of Tibetology (closed on Sunday), Dro-dul Chorten, Gonjang Monastery, and Banjakhri Falls (maximum of 6 hours). Stay in Gangtok for the night.
After breakfast, check out of the hotel and take the departure transfer to New Jalpaiguri Railway Station/Badogra International Airport for your next destination.
