A boutique luxury resort called Milaidhoo, which opened in November 2016, is located in the Baa Atoll UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, next to Hanifaru Bay, 126 kilometres to the northwest of Male. We’re ideal for those who love the outdoors because our own coral reef, which encircles the island, is a protected area and a top snorkelling and diving location. Our charming little island is only 300 metres by 180 metres in size and is surrounded by a gentle, deep white sand beach. It is covered in lush tropical vegetation.
We welcome visitors nine years of age and older, and have a strict no drones policy on the island. Our accommodations are made for couples seeking peace and privacy.
Everything at Milaidhoo is made to order, comfortable, and with your needs in mind. Service is excellent but always welcoming, in keeping with our ethos of “barefoot informality.” Above all, we take great pride in providing a glimpse into the authentic Maldives and opening doors to the local way of life.
