Bali Tour Packages from India - Honeymoon, Family & Group

Bali, Indonesia Tour Packages from India 2026 – Couple, Family, Group & Luxury

IMAD Travel builds private, custom Bali, Indonesia tour packages from India — for couples, families and groups of friends. Land packages start at ₹33,050 per person for a six-day deluxe trip and run up to ₹1,01,680 for a five-star Marriott stay. We have been sending Indian travellers to Bali since 2011, so every itinerary is built on what works on the ground, not on a template.

We do not sell cheap. We sell deluxe to luxury — hand-picked 4-star and 5-star hotels, private pool villas, a private air-conditioned car with driver instead of a shared coach, and an itinerary that genuinely crosses the island: the south beaches, the Ubud highlands and the Uluwatu clifftops.

Every price on this page is a land package — hotels, private car with driver, transfers and the tours listed. We arrange flights separately so you always get the best live fare from your city and never overpay on airfare bundled into a fixed price.

Plan your Bali trip: WhatsApp or call +91 63003 03169 for a free customised quote. Tell us your dates, your city and your budget, and Priyanka’s desk will send options the same working day.

Which Bali Holiday Package Suits Your Trip?

Every Bali package we build is private and customised, so what changes between these is where we base you and what goes into the itinerary — not a fixed departure you have to fit into.

How Much Does a Bali, Indonesia Trip Cost from India?

A Bali, Indonesia trip from India starts at ₹33,050 per person for our six-day deluxe land package on twin sharing. The realistic range runs to about ₹1,01,680 per person at the five-star end.

TierHotelsPrice per person
Deluxe (4★)Hand-picked 4-star, private car throughout₹33,050 – ₹45,000
Premium (4★/5★ mix)One 5-star base plus a 4-star coastal stay₹45,000 – ₹75,000
Luxury (5★ hotels and private pool villas)Branded 5-star resorts, villas with private pools₹75,000 – ₹1,01,680+

All prices are land-only, per person on twin sharing — hotels, a private air-conditioned car with driver, transfers and the listed tours. Flights are arranged separately at the best live fare from your city, and the Bali e-visa is ₹3,800 per person all-in, which we process.

Why the number moves. Because our pricing is land-only, your final cost depends almost entirely on two things: your hotel tier and your travel dates. A six-day trip on 4-star hotels in February and the same six days in a 5-star pool villa in July are the two ends of the range above. Tell us both and we will send an exact quote rather than a from-price.

What’s Included in a Bali Tour Package from India?

Every IMAD Bali tour package from India includes hotels, daily breakfast, a private air-conditioned car with driver, all transfers and the sightseeing listed in your itinerary.

  • Hotel or villa stay for the nights shown, in your chosen 4★ or 5★ combination
  • Daily breakfast, and dinners on selected packages
  • A private air-conditioned car with driver for every transfer and tour — never a shared coach
  • Airport pick-up and drop at Ngurah Rai (DPS), Denpasar
  • Sightseeing and entries as per your day-wise itinerary
  • Water sports at Tanjung Benoa on applicable packages
  • Visa, All Indonesia Arrival Card and Bali Tourist Levy — all three processed by us
  • 24/7 support from the IMAD desk for the whole trip

You choose the hotel tier and we build the trip around it. The same itinerary runs on a 4-star deluxe budget or a 5-star villa budget — what changes is where you sleep, not what you see.

Travelling from the US, Europe, Dubai or Australia? Message us and we will quote in your currency from your departure city.

What Do You Need to Enter Bali in 2026 — Visa, Arrival Card and Tourist Levy?

Indian passport holders need three things to enter Bali in 2026: a visa-on-arrival or e-VOA, a submitted All Indonesia Arrival Card, and a paid Bali Tourist Levy. We handle all three before you fly, so nothing is left to sort out in the immigration queue at Denpasar.

What you needDetailWho does it
Visa — e-VOA or visa on arrivalIndian passport holders are eligible. Valid 30 days, extendable once for another 30. ₹3,800 per person all-in — ₹2,800 visa + ₹1,000 processingWe process it, usually within the hour
All Indonesia Arrival CardMandatory for every international arrival into Indonesia. Free on the official government portal. Submitted online within 3 days before arrival; a QR code is shown at immigrationWe submit it with your visa
Bali Tourist LevyIDR 150,000 per person, once per trip, for all foreign tourists. Paid through the official Love Bali portal before travelWe pay it and send you the voucher
PassportValid 6 months from arrival, 2 blank pages, undamagedYou
Also carryReturn or onward ticket and confirmed hotel bookingWe send both with your documents

One warning worth reading. The only official portals are on the Indonesian government’s .go.id domain. Lookalike .com and .org sites charge two to three times the real fee for the arrival card — which is free — and for the levy. If you book with us, you never touch either site.

Entry requirements verified 5 August 2026 against the Directorate General of Immigration, Republic of Indonesia and the Bali provincial Love Bali portal. The levy is set by Bali Province Regional Regulation No. 6 of 2023.

How Many Days Do You Need in Bali — 4, 5, 6, 7 or 10?

Six days and five nights is the length most of our travellers pick, and it comfortably covers south Bali, Ubud and the main temples without rushing. Under five nights you are choosing between the beaches and the highlands; over eight you should be adding a second island.

LengthWhat it coversOur take
Bali tour package, 4 days 3 nightsOne base only — either the south coast or UbudWorkable as a stopover, but you will feel it. We rarely recommend it

Tell us your dates and we will tell you honestly which of these fits — including when a shorter trip is the wrong call.

Where Is Bali, and Which Country Is Bali In?

Bali is an island province of Indonesia, in Southeast Asia — not a separate country. You fly into Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) at Denpasar, an easy one-stop connection from Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi or Bangalore.

For Indian passport holders it is a visa-on-arrival destination and we handle the paperwork. Bali is Indonesia’s most-visited island, and it pairs easily with the Gili Islands, Nusa Penida and Lombok if you want to extend — see our Bali, Indonesia multi-island packages below.

The ten Bali, Indonesia tour places below are what our itineraries are built around, and a six-day trip covers several of them across the south coast and the Ubud highlands.

Ubud — the cultural heart of Bali. Rice terraces, temples, the Monkey Forest and Bali’s best jungle villas. Right for couples wanting a slower pace, and for anyone interested in art and wellness.

Tanah Lot Temple. A sea temple on a rock offshore, and Bali’s most photographed sunset. Arrive an hour before dusk; the surrounding market is good for handicrafts.

Kuta Beach. The lively, surf-friendly beach nearest the airport — beginner surf lessons, beach bars, easy access. Best for first-timers and short trips.

Seminyak. Bali’s chic side: beach clubs, boutiques and sunset dining. A favourite base for couples.

Tegallalang Rice Terraces. The classic tiered green landscape near Ubud, and the famous Bali Swing. Go early for the light and fewer people.

Uluwatu Temple. A clifftop temple with an ocean backdrop and the Kecak fire dance at sunset. Pair it with a seafood dinner at nearby Jimbaran.

Nusa Penida. A short boat ride from Bali — the Kelingking “T-Rex” cliff and snorkelling with manta rays at Manta Point. A day trip or an overnight.

Canggu. Surf, cafés and a relaxed crowd. Best for friends and longer, slower stays.

Ubud Monkey Forest. A temple sanctuary full of long-tailed macaques and old stone shrines — an easy, genuinely fun stop for families.

Mount Batur. An active volcano with a sunrise trek to the summit. A real highlight for active travellers — details in the adventure section below.

Bali is not one place, and the biggest hidden cost of a badly planned trip is time in the car — so we base most travellers in two areas, not one.

  • Kuta / Legian — closest to the airport, lively, deluxe-friendly. Best for first-timers and short trips
  • Seminyak — beach clubs, dining and boutiques. Best for couples
  • Nusa Dua / Tanjung Benoa — calm resort beaches and Bali’s water-sports hub. Best for families and 5-star resort stays
  • Ubud — rice terraces, culture and jungle pool villas, about 1.5 hours inland. Best for a slower pace
  • Uluwatu / Jimbaran — clifftops, sunsets and seafood. Best as a romantic 2–3 night add-on
  • Canggu — surf, cafés and a young crowd. Best for friends and longer stays

A typical six-day trip combines two or three of these — for example Seminyak for the beaches plus Ubud for the culture and rice terraces. Tell us your style and we will build the right mix.

The best time to visit Bali is the dry season, April to October, with May, June and September giving the best mix of sunshine and smaller crowds. July and August are peak — busier and pricier. November to March is the green season: cheapest rates, lushest scenery, short afternoon showers.

Dry season (April–October). Warm days, low humidity, ideal for beaches, rice terraces and outdoor activities.

Shoulder months. Travel in April–May or September–October for quieter sights, easier restaurant tables and better hotel rates.

Festivals — Nyepi and Galungan. Nyepi, Bali’s Day of Silence, falls in March: the whole island stops, including the airport. It is a genuinely unique experience but it means closures, so we will tell you if your dates overlap. Galungan brings decorated streets and ceremonies.

Green season (November–March). Greenest landscapes, fullest waterfalls, lowest prices. Rain usually arrives as short afternoon bursts, so a trip is very doable — pack a light rain jacket.

Couples do best on two bases rather than one — Ubud inland for the first half, then Seminyak or Nusa Dua for the beach half — with one completely empty day built in. Bali honeymoon packages start at ₹33,050 per person and every package we sell can be booked as a honeymoon; the five-star Marriott honeymoon runs ₹1,01,680 per person.

Full honeymoon and couple pricing, the day-by-day itinerary, villa options and what Indian couples should know before booking are all on our Bali honeymoon and couple packages page.

A Bali family tour package from India is mostly a logistics problem, not a sightseeing one: the trip works when the drives are short, the base is right and the days are not over-planned. We base families at Nusa Dua or Tanjung Benoa — calm resort beaches, the island’s water-sports hub, and short transfers to almost everything.

What we change for families:

  • One base, not three. Families lose more to packing and repacking than to anything else. We keep the moves to one, or none
  • Connecting or family rooms arranged at booking, not on arrival
  • Short driving days. Ubud is about 1.5 hours from the south. We do it as one full day, not as a shuttle
  • Activities that work across ages — Tanjung Benoa water sports, the Ubud Monkey Forest, Ayung River rafting (minimum age usually 7), the Bali Swing, Waterbom and Bali Safari
  • Food that works. Indian and vegetarian restaurants across Seminyak, Kuta, Ubud and Nusa Dua; Jain meals with notice
  • Private car with driver throughout, sized to the family — which matters more with grandparents or a pram than any hotel upgrade

Our 6 Days Bali Package – Family Fun in Bali at ₹43,160 per person is the standard family build. For multi-generational groups we usually move to a villa with several bedrooms and a private pool, which works out better per head than separate hotel rooms and gives everyone somewhere to be at 4 pm.

One honest caution. Bali has stray dogs, including near temples and beaches, and rabies is present on the island. Tell children not to approach animals. If anyone is bitten or scratched, wash the wound with soap and running water for 15 minutes and get to a clinic the same day — every tourist area has one, and our 24/7 desk will find the nearest.

Our luxury Bali packages are built on private pool villas and branded five-star resorts rather than hotel rooms, and the properties below are the ones travellers ask for most.

Four Seasons Sayan, Ubud. A riverside resort wrapped in rice terraces — jungle villas with private pools, for a nature-first stay.

Bulgari Resort, Uluwatu. Cliff-edge villas 150 m above the ocean with private beach access by cliff lift — one of Bali’s most exclusive addresses.

AYANA / Rimba, Jimbaran. A large clifftop resort with the Rock Bar, spa and multiple pools. Good for travellers who want variety and sunset views.

Karma Kandara, Uluwatu. Clifftop villas with infinity pools and a private beach reached by cable car — dramatic and intimate.

Amankila, Karangasem. A serene Aman resort on the east coast with its three-tier infinity pool over the Lombok Strait.

The Legian, Seminyak. Beachfront suites in the heart of Seminyak, with an award-winning restaurant and the area’s dining on your doorstep.

We are not limited to this list. If you have a property in mind that is not here, we will book it — there is no fixed set. Tell us the vibe you want, beach or cliff or jungle, and we will match the resort to it and confirm live rates for your dates.

Bali water sports at Tanjung Benoa are included on most of our packages, and six further adventure experiences can be added from about ₹1,500 per person.

Mount Batur sunrise trek. A roughly two-hour guided climb starting around 3:30 am to the 1,717 m summit for sunrise, with breakfast cooked over volcanic steam. Moderate difficulty, fine for reasonably fit first-timers. From about ₹2,000 per person including guide and hotel pickup.

Scuba diving at Tulamben. Bali’s most famous dive site, the USAT Liberty shipwreck, sits close to shore in calm water — suitable for intro dives and certified divers alike. From about ₹3,500–5,000 per person.

White-water rafting on the Ayung River. A family-friendly run through jungle and gentle rapids near Ubud, minimum age usually 7. About ₹1,800–2,800 per person, lunch often included.

ATV riding in Ubud. Through rice fields, jungle track and a river tunnel. One of the most-requested add-ons we get, and it works for teenagers and adults. From about ₹3,000 per person.

Zip-lining and the Bali Swing in Ubud. Over rice terraces and rainforest — an easy thrill for couples and families. From about ₹1,500 per person.

Snorkelling at Blue Lagoon or Nusa Penida. Clear, shallow reefs full of fish. Good for families and first-time snorkellers.

Balinese cooking class. A hands-on half-day using fresh market ingredients — relaxed, and popular with couples and families. From about ₹1,500 per person.

Any of these goes into your itinerary on request — tell us how active you want the trip to be.

Five add-ons account for almost every extension we build: Nusa Penida, the Gili Islands, Nusa Lembongan, Lombok and Yogyakarta in Java.

Nusa Penida. Day trip or overnight — Kelingking Beach, Angel’s Billabong, snorkelling with manta rays.

Gili Islands. Two or three car-free nights of clear water and beach resorts. Our most popular extension, included in the 8-day Bali + Gili package.

Nusa Lembongan. Quieter, easy to reach from Sanur, ideal for a relaxed night or two of snorkelling.

Lombok. A short ferry from Bali — unspoiled beaches and Mount Rinjani, for travellers wanting adventure with fewer crowds.

Yogyakarta (Java). For culture-first travellers: Borobudur and Prambanan, a short flight away, as a two or three day extension.

Four Bali, Indonesia multi-island combinations cover almost every request we get, and all four are private customised routes rather than fixed departures.

  • Bali + Gili Islands — three car-free island nights of clear water and beach resorts, as the 8-day itinerary
  • Bali + Nusa Penida — Kelingking cliff and manta-ray snorkelling, as a day trip or an overnight
  • Bali + Lombok — unspoiled beaches and Mount Rinjani, for adventure with fewer crowds
  • Bali + Yogyakarta (Java) — Borobudur and Prambanan, for a culture-first extension

We are not limited to these four. Indonesia is seventeen thousand islands, and we build custom Bali, Indonesia packages into whichever cities you want to add — Jakarta for a city stop or a corporate leg, Yogyakarta for Borobudur and Prambanan, Labuan Bajo for Komodo, Surabaya for Mount Bromo, Makassar, Raja Ampat for diving, or Sumba. Tell us how many days you have and which parts of Indonesia you want to see, and we will route it. Every one is a private itinerary priced as a land package, so you can add or drop a city without repricing the whole trip.

Our Bali tour packages are land-only: hotels, breakfast, private car with driver, transfers and sightseeing are in; international airfare, lunches and personal spending are not.

Included

  • Hotel or villa stay for the nights shown, in your chosen 4★ or 5★ combination
  • Daily breakfast, and dinners on selected packages
  • Private air-conditioned car with driver for all transfers and tours
  • Airport pick-up and drop
  • Sightseeing and entries as per the itinerary
  • Water sports at Tanjung Benoa on applicable packages
  • 24/7 on-trip support from IMAD

Excluded

  • International airfare — arranged separately at the best live fare from your city. If you would rather have one booking, we can quote a Bali, Indonesia package tour with airfare and you will still see both numbers separately
  • Bali e-visa — ₹3,800 per person all-in, processed by us
  • Lunches and personal expenses
  • Anything marked optional in the itinerary

Being clear about this up front is why our travellers trust us. There are no surprise costs on arrival.

Why Book Your Bali Package with IMAD Travel?

We are an IATA-accredited agency in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, certified by the Ministry of Tourism of India, and we have been planning Bali trips since 2011.

  • Deluxe to luxury, never cheap. We do not compete on the lowest headline price. We compete on the right 4-star or 5-star hotel for your budget, a private car instead of a shared coach, and an itinerary that actually crosses the island
  • One named planner. Priyanka runs the Bali desk. You deal with the same person from quote to homecoming, not a call-centre queue
  • Transparent land-only pricing. Every package price on this page is real and per person on twin sharing. We do not bury an inflated airfare inside a package price
  • All three entry requirements handled — visa, arrival card and tourist levy — so nothing waits for you at Denpasar
  • 9★ from 354+ Google reviews, and verified on TripAdvisor
  • 24/7 on-trip support. A number that a person answers, in your time zone, while you are away

Bali Tour Packages from India — Frequently Asked Questions

Bali is an island province of Indonesia, in Southeast Asia. Its airport is Ngurah Rai International (DPS), Denpasar, with easy one-stop flights from Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore.

Our Bali land packages start at ₹33,050 per person for a 6-day deluxe (4-star) trip and go up to around ₹1,01,680 for a 5-star honeymoon package. Budget/mid-range travellers land around ₹40,000–75,000; luxury villa trips run higher. Prices are land-only per person on twin sharing; flights and the ₹4,000 e-visa are arranged separately.

From ₹33,050 per person for six days on twin sharing, land only. The mid tier runs ₹45,000–75,000 and the luxury tier ₹75,000 and above.

No — our prices are land packages. We book your flights separately at the best available fare from your city so you never overpay on airfare bundled into a fixed price.

Yes. We ticket flights from your city at the live fare and add them to the land package — you will still see both numbers separately.

Our packages are land-inclusive: hotels, breakfast, private car with driver, transfers and sightseeing. Lunches, international airfare and personal spending are extra.

Yes. Every international arrival into Indonesia must submit the All Indonesia Arrival Card online within three days before arrival. It is free on the official government portal, and we submit it with your visa.

Yes. All foreign tourists pay IDR 150,000 per person, once per trip, under Bali Province Regional Regulation No. 6 of 2023. We pay it through the official Love Bali portal and send you the QR voucher.

Indian passport holders get a visa on arrival or an e-VOA. We process it for you at ₹3,800 per person all-in. You need a passport valid six months and a return ticket.

No. Bali is part of Indonesia, so your Indonesia visa-on-arrival or e-VOA covers Bali.

Six days and five nights is our most popular length and covers south Bali, Ubud and the main temples comfortably. Add the eight-day package for the Gili Islands or Nusa Penida.

Five days and four nights is the shortest trip we are comfortable selling. It covers two bases and the main temples, but not the beaches and Ubud both at a relaxed pace.

April to October, the dry season. May, June and September give the best mix of weather and fewer crowds than the July–August peak.

Yes. We base families at Nusa Dua for calm beaches and short drives, arrange connecting or family rooms at booking, and size the private car to the group. For multi-generational families a multi-bedroom villa with a private pool usually works out better per head than separate rooms.

Water sports at Tanjung Benoa are included on applicable packages. ATV riding in Ubud, the Mount Batur trek, Tulamben diving and Ayung rafting are add-ons from about ₹1,500 per person.

Generally yes, and they are different trips. Bali gives you beaches, culture, adventure and nightlife across a whole island; the Maldives is a premium, resort-only escape. Bali suits most couple and family budgets.

Yes. Bali is one of the most straightforward destinations for Indian travellers. Two things are worth knowing: stray dogs are common and rabies is present, so avoid contact with animals; and content creation on a tourist visa is now treated as work under Indonesian immigration rules, so a monetised creator needs the correct visa.

Yes. Bali pairs easily with the Gili Islands, Nusa Penida, Lombok and Yogyakarta, and we build custom routes into Jakarta, Labuan Bajo for Komodo, Surabaya for Mount Bromo, Raja Ampat and Sumba.
