Both August 2026 departures sold out. We built this as a fixed group departure for October 2026, capped at forty pilgrims. That cap is not arbitrary: forty is one coach. The whole group travels together to every Ziyarah site, checks in together, and eats together, instead of being split across two buses and two arrival times the way larger convoys are. Here’s the thing about “premium” in Umrah packages: too often it means a big number and a thin list of what you actually get. We flipped that. At ₹1,15,000 you get comfortable hotels in both cities, three Indian buffet meals every single day, round-trip Saudia flights, laundry service in Makkah and Madinah, and a scholar-led programme. Those are the parts of a pilgrimage that actually shape your days.
The meals are worth saying plainly, because they are what pilgrims write to us about afterwards. Three Indian buffet meals a day means you are not searching for food after Fajr, not paying for lunch out of pocket, and not eating a hotel’s international spread with one curry on the end of it. It is Indian food, cooked for Indian pilgrims, three times a day, for the whole fourteen days.
The price is ₹1,15,000 per person on twin-sharing, with GST and TCS charged on top as applicable. Nothing else is added at the airport, and there is no optional extra you have to buy once you land.
Everything below is part of the fare. There are no quiet add-ons for the core journey.

There is one fixed departure for this group: 13 October to 26 October 2026. The group flies Hyderabad to Jeddah on Saudia on 13 October and returns Jeddah to Hyderabad on 26 October. That is fourteen days and thirteen nights, with the same itinerary, the same hotels and the same price for everyone travelling.

October is a kind month for Umrah. The summer heat has broken, so the walk between Safa and Marwah and the wait for each adhan are a great deal easier on older pilgrims than they are in June or July. Hajj is long finished and the winter Umrah rush has not started, which means more room around the Mataf for a slow, present Tawaf.
The August departures filled early, and this one is capped at forty places. If you want adjoining rooms for the family, book ahead rather than close to the date.
In Makkah you stay at the Le Méridien Tower Hotel, which runs its own shuttle to and from Masjid al-Haram. You are not hunting for a taxi at three in the morning before Fajr, and you are not walking back in the afternoon heat after a long Tawaf. The bus is air-conditioned, it is on a schedule the group leader shares with you on day one, and it is already inside what you have paid.
In Madinah you stay at the Jawharat Al Rasheed Hotel, about 150 metres from Masjid an-Nabawi. That is a genuinely short walk, and it matters most in Madinah, where pilgrims tend to go back and forth to the mosque five times a day rather than once.
Both hotels are booked on a twin-sharing basis. Triple and quad rooms are available for families travelling together — tell us who is in your group and we will work out the room split before you pay anything.
A guided Umrah turns stone and sand into story. Our scholar doesn’t just point at sites; he tells you what happened there, and the du’a to make while you stand in it. Over fourteen days, that’s what stays with you.
In Makkah, beyond your Umrah at Masjid al-Haram — Tawaf around the Kaaba, Sa’i between Safa and Marwah — you’ll visit Jabal al-Nour (Cave of Hira) where revelation first descended, Jabal Thawr where the Prophet (PBUH) and Abu Bakr (RA) sheltered, Jabal ar-Rahmah on the Plain of Arafat, the valleys of Mina and Muzdalifah, and quiet, moving stops like Jannat al-Mu’allah and Masjid al-Jinn.
On the road to Madinah, the coach pauses at the Plains of Badr, where 313 believers once stood against a thousand, and the Hill of the Angels above it. Hearing that story where it unfolded is the kind of moment pilgrims talk about long after they’re home.
In Madinah, you’ll pray two rak’ahs at Masjid Quba (the reward of an Umrah), stand at Masjid al-Qiblatain where the Qibla turned toward Makkah, visit Mount Uhud and the graves of the martyrs, Jannat al-Baqi beside the Prophet’s Mosque, the Seven Mosques, Masjid Bilal, and taste fresh dates at the Khaybar date farms.

In Madinah, the Jawharat Al Rasheed Hotel is about 150 metres from Masjid an-Nabawi, so you walk. Yes, with one thing worth planning for. In Madinah the hotel is a 150-metre walk from the mosque, which is gentle on senior pilgrims. In Makkah you travel to the Haram by the hotel’s shuttle rather than on foot, which many older pilgrims prefer to a long walk, but it does mean working to the bus timings. Tell us about any mobility needs when you book and we’ll arrange lift-accessible rooms, wheelchair support at the Haram where possible, and a seat on every shuttle.

Three Indian buffet meals a day — breakfast, lunch and dinner — in both Makkah and Madinah. It is Indian food cooked for Indian pilgrims, not a hotel’s international spread with one curry on it, which is what most Hyderabadi groups actually want after a long day at the Haram. Tell us in advance about any dietary needs and we’ll pass them on.
GST and TCS are charged on top of the package price, as applicable. Beyond that, personal shopping, room service, and any nights outside the 13–26 October group dates are not included. Everything the journey itself requires — flights, visa, hotels, meals, transport, Ziyarah, insurance and laundry — is inside the package price.
