When you rent a car and the service is above your expectations, you can leave a tip of roughly Rs.300 for the day. If the driver brought you to the shops and places you liked rather than the normal areas where he may collect a commission, make sure you tip the guy well. The same is true for local tour guides, and if you need their services for several days, you can pay Rs.300 multiplied by the number of days you need them, based on how delighted you were with their services.
